Over 10 years, the University of Portsmouth are investing £250 million into their campus in the city centre.
Their aim is to create world class facilities to enable innovation in learning, teaching and research. These facilities will enhance the student experience and strengthen connections with the rest of the city.
The work has already begun. The award-winning Ravelin Sports Centre is open to the public and designs on a new Student Hub and Technology Building are being finalised.
What is the University’s Estate Masterplan?
The Estate Masterplan is an ambitious development project which includes constructing new landmark buildings, refurbishing existing facilities and creating new public spaces.
The plan will support the University’s strategy to deliver globally recognised research, become climate positive and create a vibrant experience for our communities.
